After a career as a lifelong educator, having served as a teacher with Teach for America, a dean & network director at a network of Public Charter School, Vriti Saraf wanted to create a global education system free of silos, by connecting educators across countries.
But when the pandemic hit, she knew this was going to have to happen virtually.
So she set out to create a social learning community for global educators called k20 Educators. First she started with the by creating an immersive virtual conference in the City of Learning, then created the first twitter spaces conference running 24 hours a day.
But now she has created the Eduverse in #web3 - a free immersive virtual social learning community for educators to access global knowledge & the brilliance of one another.
They offer programs to engage educators, like masterminds, think tanks, incubators, and conferences, and a community of educators from all over the world.
If we plan on fixing education, we are going to have to work together.
